Returns
Due to the nature of our exclusive line being made to order, we do not accept returns on reemacra.com orders. If you are not satisfied, we will gladly consider an exchange for the same or greater value within 14 business days from the date delivered.
U.S. exchanges
Please contact customerservice@reemacra.com to begin an exchange. Our team, specializing in our product and personalized shopping, will help you select alternate styles or sizes and coordinate the exchange. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your exchange once the item is received.
Condition
Exchanged merchandise must be in the original packaging with all tags attached and in the same condition as when it was delivered. We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise that does not meet these requirements. Reem Acra does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation if a package is lost, stolen or mishandled.
International exchanges
