Accessories can be purchased online; gowns are made to order through a private appointment.
Purchasing online
To make a purchase, simply click the “Add to cart” button next to the desired product to place it in your shopping bag, then follow the directions through checkout to complete your order. We make every effort to process any order placed by 1pm Eastern Time, Monday to Friday, the same day. Orders placed after 1pm are processed the following business day.
Made to order in New York
Your piece is made to order in NYC. After your order is processed, it goes into the Reem Acra atelier where we tailor your garment according to your order. The making of your special piece may take our team some time; we will email you the details as soon as your timeline is in place.
Where we ship
Online purchases may be made for delivery to an address within the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses that are not available through UPS.
Product availability and pricing
All products are subject to availability, as we use limited-edition fabrics and embroideries for each piece. If we discover an error in the price of merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. Discount and promotional codes cannot be applied to sale merchandise, accessories or personalized products, and are valid for online orders only.
Payment methods
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Meta Pay, Diners Club and Shop Pay. Your card is authorized for the total amount when you place your order and charged once your details are verified.
Shipping options and fees
All online purchases ship via UPS with an adult signature required. Ground shipping is complimentary (please allow 5–7 business days). Three-day shipping is $30, two-day shipping is $40 and Saturday delivery is $55 where available. Because our pieces are made to order, please allow 10 business days of processing in addition to the shipping time.
Tracking
Your UPS tracking information is provided in an email with your shipping confirmation. U.S. orders can also be tracked by signing into your account.
